An herbal tea blend for prenatal & postnatal support. Womb Wellness Enriched Tea is formulated to provide additional nourishment for pregnancy, postpartum and after a miscarriage.
Organic Ingredients: Red Raspberry Leaf, Alfalfa Leaf, Nettle Leaf, Oat Straw Leaf, Dandelion Root, Lemon Balm Leaf, Peppermint Leaf and Wild Yam Root.
When to use
- Drink 1 cup per day per trimester, if you have a history of miscarriage wait until 2nd trimester.
- Suggested use 3-5 times per week
- Steep 2-3g (1 tbsp) of loose tea for 10-20 minutes in 6-8oz of hot water
- Leaves can be reused again later the same day for another cup
- To make a stronger tea for a larger quantity, use 1/2-1oz of loose tea and steep for 1-4 hours at room temperature. Strain, refrigerate and use within 48 hours.
