When to use
- Take 2 capsules three times a day with 8 ounces of water or any beverage
- If no increase in 72 hours increase the dosage to 3 capsules, three times a day
- Ideally, take them on an empty stomach
- If you can't tolerate them on an empty stomach, take them with a meal or a beverage
